How you can pay at Nortpolh, when the charge happens and what it is called on your statement.

Ways to pay

• PayPal: use your PayPal balance or any card or bank account linked to it.
• Card via PayPal guest checkout: pick PayPal at checkout and look for the card option; no PayPal account is needed. Which brands work depends on PayPal and on your country; American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa are typical.
• PayPal Pay Later: appears at checkout if PayPal makes it available for this purchase in your region.

Everything is priced and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Not accepted: wire transfers, money orders, checks, cash on delivery, cryptocurrency and gift cards issued by other retailers. Whatever options checkout shows are the ones open to your order.

Is my card data safe?

PayPal, a PCI DSS compliant processor, handles each payment over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Card and bank details go into PayPal’s own window rather than our site, so they never touch our server and Nortpolh cannot see or store them.

When am I charged?

The full amount is taken when you place your order, since printing gets underway soon after checkout. When you cancel inside 6 hours and printing has not begun, everything comes back to you. The conditions sit in our Cancellation & Modification Policy.

Payment declined?

Declines usually come down to a billing address that differs from the card’s, insufficient funds, an expired card, or a payment your bank or PayPal flagged as unusual. Double-check your details, contact the card issuer or PayPal, then give it another go. If it keeps failing, email us; we will work through it with you.

Sales tax and customs duties

Sales tax, if an order is subject to it, is calculated at checkout and appears on the summary before payment. Deliveries outside the U.S. may face import duties and taxes, which the recipient covers; details are in our Shipping Policy.

Where does my refund go?

Approved refunds are sent back to the original card or PayPal account; allow 5–10 business days for that, plus a few days for your statement to show it. Our Return & Refunds Policy explains when a refund applies.

What will I see on my statement?

On your card or bank statement, our charges read PAYPAL *NORTPOLH. Don’t recognize a charge? Before contacting your bank, email us its date and amount; we will trace it to an order and respond within one business day.
