Mugs & Tumblers
Buying guide: Mugs & Tumblers
Which one do I need? A mug is the pick for a hot drink you enjoy sitting down, whether in the kitchen or at the office. Tumblers are for carrying a drink, hot or cold, wherever the day takes you. Each product page states the capacity and the material, and tells you whether a lid comes with it.
Can it go in the dishwasher or microwave? That depends on the piece, so check its listing’s care note before first use. Hand washing treats a printed surface more gently. Tumblers must never go in a microwave.
How big is it? Match capacity to your routine. A standard mug holds one coffee or tea at your desk, while a larger tumbler lasts through a long commute or a day out. Compare the capacity on the listing with a cup you already use.
Is that the real color? Product images are mockups created on a computer, so the printed colors on your piece may vary a little from what your screen shows.
What if it breaks on the way? Every parcel is packed with breakage in mind. If yours still arrives chipped, cracked or broken, take one photo with the damage and the box both in view, and send it to us while you are still within 30 days of delivery. Then pick a replacement or a refund, following our Return & Refunds Policy.
