Buying guide: Hats

Four styles, side by side. A structured baseball cap has a reinforced front that keeps its upright shape. Snapbacks have a flat brim and a closure at the back that snaps to your size. A dad hat is soft and unstructured, its brim gently curved. Knit beanies keep your ears warm once temperatures fall. Every product page names the material, how the design is applied and the type of closure.

Will it fit my head? Caps are usually one size, tightened at the back by a snap, a strap or a buckle. Beanies stretch comfortably over most adult heads. If a style comes in fitted sizes, wrap a soft tape around your head about a finger’s width above the ears, note the figure and compare it with the listing.

How do I clean a hat? Dab away marks with a slightly damp cloth and let the hat air out until dry. Skip the washer and the dryer. For storage, a rolled towel tucked into the crown helps a cap hold its form.

About the photos. Hat images are mockups, so the exact position and size of the design can differ a little on the real hat.

Not what you expected? If your hat comes out of the box crushed or damaged, or with artwork you never selected, write to us before 30 days have gone by since it arrived, and attach a photo plus the order number. A replacement or refund follows under our Return & Refunds Policy.
