Privacy Policy

Here is what personal information Nortpolh gathers, what we do with it, which companies receive it and the requests you can make.

What we collect

• Your order: name, email, shipping and billing addresses, an optional phone number, plus the products purchased.
• Your payment: processed entirely by PayPal. Card details stay off our server, and we never hold complete card numbers.
• Your messages: the contents of emails and contact-form submissions.
• Your visit: technical details captured automatically, namely IP address, device and browser type, pages opened and cookie information.

Why we use it

Order details let us have your item printed, shipped and supported, and keep you posted along the way. We also rely on this information to answer messages, block fraud, protect the site and learn which parts of the site work well and which need fixing. Marketing email reaches you only with your opt-in, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

Print partners and other service providers

Your order is produced by a print partner. To make and deliver it, the partner and then the carrier need your name, your shipping address and the list of items. Additional providers handle payment processing, website hosting, email delivery and traffic measurement on our behalf, and may use your data for those jobs alone. Nortpolh does not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout running. Analytics and advertising cookies may also be set; they tell us which pages draw visits, which sites send people here and whether ads perform. Browser settings let you refuse or wipe cookies, though checkout will not work without the essential ones.

Security and retention

All traffic to the site is encrypted over HTTPS. Order records are open only to the people whose work requires them. We hold onto records for as long as order handling, claims, tax rules and other legal obligations demand, and after that we erase them or remove whatever could identify you.

Your choices

At any time you can email [email protected] to receive a copy of your personal information, ask for corrections or deletion, or unsubscribe from marketing. Residents of states with their own consumer privacy laws may hold additional rights, among them appealing our decision on a request; we respond inside the deadline your state sets. The site is not aimed at children younger than 13, and we never knowingly gather data from them.

California privacy rights

Our business address is in California, so this section explains the rights California residents have under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Over the past 12 months we have collected the categories listed under “What we collect” above: identifiers (such as name, email, postal address and IP address), commercial information (your orders) and internet activity (pages viewed and cookie data). We collect them from you, from your browser and from our payment and delivery providers, for the purposes set out in “Why we use it”.

• Right to know and access. Ask which categories and which specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, where they came from, why we use them and whom we disclose them to.
• Right to delete. Ask us to erase personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions in the law, such as records we must keep for tax purposes.
• Right to correct. Ask us to fix personal information about you that is inaccurate.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Tell us not to sell or share your personal information (see below).
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. The only sensitive personal information we handle is your account login, if you create an account, and we use it only to run that account. You can still ask us to limit its use to what is needed to serve you.
• Right to non-discrimination. Using any of these rights will never lead us to refuse you service, charge you a different price or give you a lower level of service.

Do we sell or share your information? We do not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising or analytics cookies, California law may treat that as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”, and we will stop any such sharing for you. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

How do I make a request? Email [email protected]. Before we act, we verify that the request comes from you by matching details you give us against our records, for example the email address and an order number. You may also use an authorized agent, who must show us your signed permission. We answer verified requests within 45 days; if we need longer, we will tell you why and take no more than 45 extra days.

Changes to this policy

Whenever we change this policy, the “Last updated” date at the bottom of the page moves with it.
