How do I choose a style? Mostly by shape and season. A few questions narrow it down:
Want a crisp, upright front? Pick a structured cap.
Prefer a flat brim? A snapback has one, plus a snap strap at the back.
Like a softer, lower profile? A dad hat is unstructured.
Heading into cold weather? Go for a beanie.
Most caps come in one adjustable size. If a style also comes in fitted sizes, its product page lists the measurements and how the design is applied.
Care. Wipe away marks with a lightly dampened cloth and give the hat time to dry on its own. Washing machines and dryers can warp a brim and flatten a crown, so keep hats away from both.
Arrived in bad shape? If a hat reaches you crushed, damaged or carrying the wrong design, tell us inside 30 days of delivery. Email a picture plus your order number; replacements and refunds are handled under our Return & Refunds Policy.
