These terms apply when you use nortpolh.com and whenever you order from Nortpolh. Please read them through before buying.

The basics

Nortpolh is an online made-to-order business whose mailing address is 5630 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90019, United States. Using this site or ordering from it means you accept these terms along with our Privacy Policy. Ordering is open to adults (18 and over, or whatever age counts as legal adulthood where you live) and to younger buyers ordering with a parent’s or guardian’s involvement.

Products and orders

• Each item is printed after checkout. Product pictures are digital mockups, so the position of the print and its colors can differ slightly on your item.
• The contract between us starts the moment our order confirmation email goes out. We may refuse or cancel an order, typically because a price or listing was wrong, a payment looks fraudulent or we cannot reach the destination; if we do, the full amount comes back to you.
• Before ordering, compare the measurements on the product page and in our Size Chart.

Prices and payment

We price everything in U.S. dollars. A price can change at any time, but never on an order you have already placed. Checkout collects the full amount through one of the listed payment methods, and the shipping cost is visible before you confirm. Sales tax, where it applies to an order, is worked out at checkout and listed before you pay. Deliveries outside the U.S. can attract import duties and taxes on arrival.

Shipping and delivery

Production and transit times, delivery costs and carrier names all appear in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates we give are estimates, not commitments.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Our Return & Refunds Policy governs replacements and refunds; edits and cancellations before printing come under our Cancellation & Modification Policy.

Intellectual property

The Nortpolh name and logo, along with this site’s text, artwork, photos and layout, belong to Nortpolh, and copying them requires our written permission. Other companies’ names and trademarks shown here remain the property of those companies. Think something here infringes your rights? How you may use the site

No disrupting the site, no attempts to get at data you have no right to, no fraudulent orders and no unlawful use of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, this site and our products come “as is”. We are not liable for losses that are indirect, incidental or consequential. Our liability on any order-related claim never exceeds the price you paid for that order. Rights that consumer law makes non-waivable stay intact.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the State of California, United States; conflict-of-law principles that would bring in another jurisdiction’s rules do not apply. If a problem comes up, please raise it with us first, since email settles most issues. Any dispute we cannot resolve between us goes to a state or federal court in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law of your home jurisdiction gives you the right to use another court.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be revised from time to time. Your order is always subject to whichever version, with its effective date, was posted here on the day you placed it.
