When will it get to you? Add up two stages. First, printing, which begins once your payment goes through. Second, carrier transit. We count Monday to Friday only and skip U.S. federal holidays. Place your order after noon (12:00 PM) Pacific Time and your count begins on the following business day.

Domestic orders travel with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Orders sent abroad ship DDU: if your country charges import duty or tax, you settle it when the parcel lands. Our Shipping Policy covers the rest.

  • Need to change something? You can edit or cancel at no cost for 6 hours after checkout, provided printing has not begun.
  • What we fix: a print defect, damage in transit, a wrong item, or a lost parcel. Tell us within 30 days of delivery (lost parcels: count from the day the delivery estimate ends), then pick a no-cost replacement or a refund.
  • What to send: your order number and one photo of the issue, to [email protected]. Expect to hear from us within one business day, with a decision inside 2–3 business days.
  • Refunds: credited to whatever card or account you used at checkout, typically within 5–10 business days.
  • Not covered: because this piece is printed for your order alone, we cannot take it back after a change of mind, when the size was picked without the chart, or once it has been worn or washed.

The complete rules: Cancellation & Modification Policy · Return & Refunds Policy.
