- Need to change something? You can edit or cancel at no cost for 6 hours after checkout, provided printing has not begun.
- What we fix: a print defect, damage in transit, a wrong item, or a lost parcel. Tell us within 30 days of delivery (lost parcels: count from the day the delivery estimate ends), then pick a no-cost replacement or a refund.
- What to send: your order number and one photo of the issue, to [email protected]. Expect to hear from us within one business day, with a decision inside 2–3 business days.
- Refunds: credited to whatever card or account you used at checkout, typically within 5–10 business days.
- Not covered: because this piece is printed for your order alone, we cannot take it back after a change of mind, when the size was picked without the chart, or once it has been worn or washed.
